Calendly mobile app overview

Use the Calendly mobile app to manage your schedule and meetings while you’re away from your computer. Share scheduling links, book and manage meetings, update your availability, and view your contacts from your iOS or Android device.

Download the Calendly mobile app

Get the app for your device from the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.

After downloading the app, sign in to your Calendly account.

Use the mobile app

Use the bottom navigation to move between four main areas: Home, Scheduling, Meetings, and Contacts.

Home

Use the Home page to review your day and meetings.

From here, you can:

• View today’s meetings
• Review meeting recaps
• See details about the people you’re meeting with
• View and manage your notifications
• Access your profile and mobile app settings

Scheduling

The Scheduling page contains your event types and single-use links.

From here, you can:

• Share an event type scheduling link
• Create a single-use link
• Book a meeting in real time
• Create a one-off meeting
• View and edit your event types

Select an event type to view and manage its settings.

Meetings

Use the Meetings page to view and manage your scheduled meetings.

From here, you can:

• View past and upcoming meetings
• Open a meeting to view its details
• Cancel or reschedule a meeting
• Mark an invitee as a no-show
• Add meeting notes

By default, meetings appear in a timeline grouped by date. Switch to the schedule view to see meetings by week.

Contacts

Use the Contacts page to view and manage the people you meet with in Calendly.

From here, you can:

• View contact details and meeting activity
• Create a contact
• Select a contact and book a meeting with them

Manage your mobile app settings

Go to Home and tap your profile picture to open Settings.

From Settings, you can manage options such as:

• Availability
• Default sharing message
• Notifications
• Account and app preferences

Some settings are only available in Calendly on the web, including account, team, admin, integration, and calendar settings.
