Calendly sends email confirmations from notifications@calendly.com. By default, your login email is set as the reply-to address.

If you don’t want invitees to see your email, you can switch to a no-reply address.

Switch to a no-reply address

  1. Go to Scheduling and select your event type.
  2. At the bottom of the editor, select More options.
  3. Open the Notifications and workflows section.
  4. Next to Email confirmations, select the 25937861748503 three dots and choose Edit.
    • If you're using calendar invitations, select Switch to email confirmation to change the notification type.
  5. Under Reply-to address, open the dropdown to switch from Host's email address to No-reply address.
  6. Select Save & Close.

What happens next

Calendly adds a note at the bottom of the email. It tells invitees the message is for sending only and not for replies. If someone replies, their email goes to an unmonitored inbox and won’t be received.
