Calendly supports Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, GoTo Meeting, and Webex platforms.

If you use a different video conferencing platform, like RingCentral, you have two options:

  1. Add your conferencing details as a custom location.
  2. Generate conferencing details after your invitee books.

If your conferencing platform provides a permanent meeting link, room, or dial-in number, you can add this to your event type in Calendly.

  1. Open your event type settings.
  2. Under Location, select Custom.
  3. Enter your personal conferencing link.
  4. You can choose to display the link when invitees book or after they've booked.
  5. Select Save.

Calendly will automatically add your conferencing link to the calendar invite.

If your platform doesn't offer a permanent link, you'll need to create a new meeting link for each appointment. To notify your invitees, add a note in the location field.

  1. Open your event type settings.
  2. Under Location, select Custom.
  3. Enter a message like: "I'll send the video conferencing details before our meeting."
  4. Select Save.
  5. After an invitee books, generate a new meeting link in your conferencing platform and update the calendar event with the details.
