Calendly browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge make scheduling easier and help you save time. You can manage your meetings, event types, and contacts all in one place.

If you're using Outlook on desktop, try the Calendly Outlook add-in that works much like the browser extension.

The browser extension integrates with the following services:

Install the extension

Download the Calendly browser extension from the Integrations & Apps page in your Calendly account.

Follow the instructions for your browser:

After the extension is installed, it appears in your browser toolbar and works on any tab. Make sure to pin the Calendly icon to your toolbar so it’s always visible and easy to access.

Use the extension

At the top of the extension, click + Create to set up a new event type, one-off meeting, or meeting poll. This option is always available across all tabs.

Meetings tab

Use the Meetings tab to manage your upcoming and past Calendly meetings.

  • Join, reschedule, or cancel upcoming meetings
  • Click a meeting to view more details, including contact info and invitee responses
  • For past meetings, mark a no-show or schedule a follow-up

Scheduling tab

View and manage your Event Types. Here’s what you can do:

You can also select Copy link on any Event Type card to copy the standard booking link.

To access more options, select the 33996767784983 three dots on a card. You can:

  • Edit the Event Type
  • Add or manage an internal note
  • Favorite it to pin it at the top of your list

Contacts tab

Use the Contacts tab to manage the contacts you've scheduled in Calendly. You can:

  • View meeting history for each contact
  • Book meetings or share availability directly from the contact card
  • Add new contacts manually

Extension settings

To manage your settings, open the extension, select the Calendly icon, then choose Settings. From here, you can turn on or off:

  • Floating button
  • Keyword detection
  • Extension integrations
  • Event Types view (to see other users’ Event Types)
