Calendly + Greenhouse

With Greenhouse Recruiting’s Calendly integration, you can schedule candidate interviews directly from Greenhouse — without switching tabs or sending emails back and forth.

For example, you can:

• Let recruiters instantly schedule interviews from Greenhouse
• Speed up your hiring process by automating interview scheduling

Before you begin

• You’ll need a Greenhouse Recruiting account with Job Admin privileges or higher.
• Each team member must connect Calendly to their own Greenhouse account.
• This integration supports one-on-one event types only. You cannot use:
• Team or shared event types (round robin or collective)
• Interviews with more than one step

Cancel or reschedule interviews

You’ll start this process in Greenhouse and finish it in Calendly:

1. In Greenhouse, select the cancel or reschedule link.
2. Calendly will open in a new window.
3. Complete the cancellation or rescheduling in Calendly.
